Hotel wad full so breakfast wasn’t great with many items missing. Room did not have a TV remote control and bathroom light would not turn off.

Kept awake most of the night by a dog continuously barking in one of the rooms nearby.

There was nothing i liked . Kids from the area was running around the passages as the fire exit was open . After paying 97 pound for a room that was more like a hostel and 8 pounds to park the car . If i nrw it was like that i would never have gone . I wish i went camping in a one man tent it would have been better. We was meant to have free drinks if we signed up and we never received them . I spend less on a much better place and better service. I think the best part of the place was the reception desk

Charging extra for parking now is a chinsy change, it used to be free. I was offered a complimentary drink if I offered up my name and email address. I would get an email to present to the barman. I was not told I would have to give up personal information and join the hotel affinity club. I thoroughly dislike this bait and switch tactic. Either you give a complimentary drink freely or forget it. We only got one key which also operates the lights so I sat in the dark while my partner went out for a few minutes. I have stayed here before but this visit was not up to my expectations. And I would so like it if hotels ended their love of duvets, they are too hot and leave one with no options. This visit left room for improvement.

Hotel is much nicer inside than the first impression from outside. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good value and offered a great choice, staff were all friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. Was taken aback by the parking charge as it doesnt state on here or I may have mis read but comfy beds, nice and clean. Convenient location and would stay again.
