Beautifully refurbished classic building very convenient to Cardiff but felt like a relaxing retreat away. Wonderful breakfast. Very friendly staff. Loved it! Highly recommend it.

We stayed overnight for my husband’s birthday. Spa treatments were great for each of us and we made use of the pool and jacuzzi for an extra charge. The meal in the Blok was exquisite!! Brandon served us and was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful over and above the usual service you find anywhere else. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - well worth the price. The Hotel was tastefully furnished and decorated with quirky colours. King size bed was very comfortable. The outside courtyard was well kept with plenty of tables. Even though there were plenty of guests and a wedding going on, it was still a peaceful place to stay and strike up conversations with other guests. A very safe and friendly environment.
This is a place we would definitely revisit. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Boutique experience, very polite, friendly, helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Great colourful decor and unique flower and plant arrangements.
