All aspects of the stay were very good - staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.
Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception.
I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Hotel is well located, new and modern. Room was well sized and had all the necessary amenities. It was also clean! Breakfast was modest but decent. Would stay again ☺️

Staff was so friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. Loved the room and bathroom shower was amazing after a long day of traveling. Will stay here again next time I'm in Cardiff.

My Wife and I really enjoyed our stay, The Hotel Room was modern and clean the shower in particular was excellent. The Breakfast in the morning was lovely and all the staff we came across were friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this IHG property! Staff are amazing, hotel and its amenities are fantastic. Centrally located in Cardiff with lots of great restaurant and shopping around

Right in the city Centre so lots of options for food and drinks. It was a quick trip so that’s about all we did. It’s kind of hidden down a hallway to the entrance so that was a little confusing but we found it. And then to catch our Uber to the train station was a block away at the Hilton. We just needed to plan ahead. It was easy enough. Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast.
