The majority of the staff were very helpful, just one gentleman wasnt sure about a lot of things not sure if he was new but everyone else was fantastic, was slightly disappointed we couldnt get food at 12pm before we checked in when the menus on the table said 24 hours a day but when we got back in the evening they were very helpful and we had a lovely pizza, a lovely hotel very clean would stay again as the good outweighed the bad.

The place was in a good location very convenient for what we needed, rooms were very clean and not too much noise from outside, very quiet and nice area.
My experience was overall good and very friendly and helpful staff.

Have to say that it was a great hotel very clean nice staff easy to get to good parking. Very resonable cost great breakfast even catered for vegan menu for breakfast.

Clean modern hotel room. Unfortunate the AC was broken but the fan worked fine nice location easily walkable along the waterways

Great location in the Leith area of Edinburgh. I thought that having to pay for parking in a purpose built hotel was a bit harsh

Nice place, staff were helpful not near trainsport or attractions
