This hotel feels very airy and spacious. Staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are not well lit and need more lighting. Bathroom ought to have more hook to hang clothes or towels. For a 4* hotel I expected a better shower and more toiletries.
There was no safe in the room.
The TV should be a smart TV with YouTube or other app for entertainment given that there are no other channels apart from terrestrial tv channels.
Car parking should be included in the booking and not payable separately.
Hotel was good enough to give us a rollaway bed at short notice.

Noise until late into the night. Swimming pool and changing rooms need attention. Tired and not too clean.

Great hotel other than the room was hot and no AC to cool the room. It must have been 25c in there. The windows are locked shut so you cant open them. Boiled in that room last night.
Other than that fantastic stay.
