Hotel and staff nice and friendly. Room nice, bathroom a tip. Luckily visiting friends and showered at there home.

Plenty of parking available. Decent sized room and reasonably furnished - however paper thin wall to adjacent room meant I had to listen to their TV until late.
Bathroom dated and a bit dirty. Hotel bar area nice enough. Breakfast disappointing. Buffet style but nothing very well cooked. 1 night stay was fine but not good value for the cost unfortunately.

Staff friendly and helpful. Building and room we had looked tired and in need of some TLC. The pics when booking didn’t seem a true reflection of what we had but nonetheless, it was clean and comfy. Not overly modern though.

Love this hotel its really nice.chef had to come and kick the bathroom door in as the lock jammed and my partner was stuck in there a hour but thats no reflection on the hotel.the one thing that disturbed me was i booked a double room it was a twin when i got in they swiftly changed it to a double i knew this as id extended my stay and theyd kindly not turfed me out at 11 to come back in at 3 but on the last night the double mattress had been changed to 2 single mattresses which is not right and very uncomfortable id spoke to the man cleaner and told him not to go in i didnt need my bedroom cleaned but it bothers me that they obviously did go in change the mattresses around and tried to put the bedding back as it was ,id left it scrufferly unmade that made me feel like theyd waited for us to go out instead of telling us and sneaked in probably looking out for us coming back and then we saw the man cleaner again when we came back and a very strange thing was said (im glad i didnt have to go into your room it saved me time )there was no need for this comment so that told me everything. But nothing to do with anything else i love the hotel

Overall the property suited our needs.
However, the state of the bathroom was disgusting as it was in desperate need of a refresh with cracked sink, broken bath panel and the bath/shower covered with mould.

Booked this as a last minute night away. Lovely staff at reception quick check in. Nice easy place to park and safe. Room was lovely and clean. Booked with trivago had breakfast included. Lovely buffet breakfast everything you could want food was excellent and iam fussy with cooked breakfast. So will definitely go here again

Staff were lovely but the hotel looks a bit shabby. Could do with tarting up a bit. Very 1970's.
