Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in Cardiff Bay. All staff were friendly and helpful.
The only negative was the hand soap in the en suite bathroom. It smelled so disgusting, I had to wash my hands again with my own toiletries.

Disappointed they didn’t fix the TV & phone not working in the room

Great hotel, a bit isolated if you are on foot, but other than that it was fantastic.

We always stay at the Future Inns when we come to Cardiff - we tried an alternative hotel once but won't do that again! Future Inns is always clean, tidy, quiet and excellent quality - we always book a Suite now because it's not much more money for twice the space - the sitting room area is just lovely to chill out in and just have that extra bit of room. The carpets are good quality, the bathroom is clean and the shower is powerful enough! All in all, it's the place we go back to everytime now and love it.

Great distance to walk to Mermaid Quay for an evening out. Parking outside hotel.

Stayed here with my son and we enjoyed our stay. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious nice and clean. Bathrooms are abit tired but none the less clean. Will be staying again.
