Great setting, lovely scenery on the drive in with plenty of ducks and squirrels mixed in with the golfers.
Only downside not enough bar staff on, the wait to be served averaged approx 10 minutes

I really want to give this hotel 5 stars as the property, the staff and the restaurant were amazing. However, the mattress was horrible, the actual mattress was super hard and the comforter and sheets didn’t fit the mattress properly and we’re super uncomfortable.

Room was dirty, found nail clippings on the carpet by the bed. Shower very temperamental. No lift for suitcases, wasn’t offered help. Limited vegetarian and vegan options. BUT
Great fresh tin water supply and lovely view on ground floor outside.

The staff were exceptional, they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The gym and swimming pook were great and the spa treatment was excellent too.
