Last minute booking, room was clean, comfy bed. Friendly lady on reception. Convenient for shops & services. Would stay again.

The room and bathroom was dirty. Despite asking for another cup they didn’t find us one. Sorry but a poor hotel

On booking there was no mention of charge for a dog.Initially refused to pay and forced to pay or go elsewhere at late notice. I would be grateful for a refund of £15 and am considering taking matters further and will never again book with Days Inn.
