Stayed 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert... Staff and location were wonderful... 5 minute walk to the Cardiff center train station. Shopping dining and a bit of sight seeing was perfect!

Overall, good. However, the music in the bar in the evening was significantly too loud. It was also more appropriate to a disco than what should have been a quiet bar. People who chose a hotel bar generally want to converse, and it was quite difficult to do so.

Despite helpful staff and being clean there is nothing to recommend about this hotel. It was advertised as having room service. This ends at 11pm and you can’t even buy a bottle of water after that. It was really noisy even though I was on the 7th floor so sounds of noisy drinkers till 2am, and then woken by more nosiness at 5am. The breakfast very second rate and cold plates. Toaster barely warmed the bread. I had to do some work and the table and chair ‘lounge’ style so I had to sit on the bed to work. Not at all what I expected from a Marriott. Very annoying to feel exhausted because of a poor hotel experience

Nice hotel. Professional and courteous staff. On-site parking was very useful.
