I never got to stay there because the property owner never gave check in instructions 24 hours prior even though he was supposed to. He never even picked up the phone or called back when i left him a message check in time. I was completely ignored for over a day past the time he was supposed to send instructions. Then later that night at 11pm he gives me check in instructions. Too late. Way too late. Our whole trip is ruined because of this. Now he doesnt even want to give a full refund even though its his fault for not sending us instructions! He broke the contract.
This is ridiculous and highly unproffessional.
0 stars. Do not stay. Avoid at all costs.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, but I can assure you that the information is not accurate. We take check-in procedures very seriously and always ensure that our guests receive proper instructions well in advance. Unfortunately we had no contact after attempted multiple times. As you can see from previous review, we are a very reputable establishment and it’s very disheartening when untrue reviews are wrote.

Excellent accommodation & lovely location.
Posted 18 Feb 2024 on HotelsStaying for one night between Bluestone and home - and to visit Home, and this was the ideal location. We were very (pleasantly) surprised by the quality of the area, and the super accommodation. The view over the sea and Penarth pier makes it very special. The road is quite busy during the day, but the windows are effective at cutting out the noise. I suspect that parking would be very difficult during the summer, but we had no problem.

Lovely room , the one I had was looking out to the sea ,very comfortable with everything of good quality - easy to find and get into , highly recommended

Lovely room, beautiful view of the sea and pier… loved sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves crash. Communication was great and the room had everything you could need. Would absolutely stay here again.
