This hotel was a bit small. The room was tiny. You need to be careful taking a shower as it can flood the whole bathroom with it. The pillow was a bit soft and bed a bit hard. The breakfast was simple. The parking was easy. Conveniently located near city center and the castle was 5 min drive or 15 minutes walk.

Fantastic hotel and great service!!
Posted 5 Jun 2022 on HotelsThis hotel is fantastic for the price. It is located by numerous grocery stores within walking distance. It's a 19 minute walk to the castle from the hotel. It offers a microwave for guests to use to cook hot food, we loved that and the coffee machine you can buy a cappucino for $1.50€ in the breakfast area. Only draw back is there is no airconditioning to Canadian standards just a fan that can't keep up with the heat in Carcassonne. The bed was comfortable and the room was great for us. I love that there was free parking as that is hard to find in Europe these days. Great stay will be back if in area in the future.
