Such a disappointment
Posted 4 Jan 2024 on HotelsReally disappointed by the “room” that doesn’t have one inch to spare, I was fooled by the “pets welcome “ only to be charged over $10 per dog, TV was not working at all AND finally , the WORST part the shower and its door was so badly conceived that you could not get in the shower unless you were excessively skinny. I managed to fax myself but my sister couldn’t!
No financial gesture/ compensation/exchange or possibility to take a shower was offered.
The price/value is quite terrible overall.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay.If the tv is not working at your arrival please feel free to let us know and if this cannot be fixed and there is availability we will be happy to change you to another room. It is true that there is a surcharge of 8 per night, per pet which is mentioned on our website as well as in the rooms. This is a normal charge at the hotels which allow pets, at least in this region, as extra cleaning is required. However, at 8 this charge is not over 10.As for the shower, the shower opens in the other direction than that shown on your photos. So if you had tried to pull, your sister would have been able to entre the shower without any problem. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards

not working conditioner in the room. No transport to city centre. Hotel is ok. Didn't like continental breakfast.

No transport links to the main city centre beyond hiring a taxi, however the staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable.

However, we do not really understand the drop in rating for a service that does not concern our hotel. Perhaps it would have been wiser to inform the services of the town hall of the city instead of penalizing our establishment.

Superb!.

Easy to reach, grocery shopping possibility just next, big parking lot.
