Posted 16 May 2023 on HotelsRather disappointing and did not live up to the photos. Hotel is advertised as with parking, but this is simply not true. The parking in Carcassonne can only be described as a nightmare and a long drive round trying to find a space (not at the hotel as there are non available) is a regular occurrence. Room wasn't particularly clean and there is next to no storage space, meaning living out of a suitcase. Staff are very friendly, but this is the only real plus.

Music Festival
Posted 24 Jul 2022 on HotelsMadame on the reception was very welcoming. Happy to help with any issues. Informative. Housekeeping was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Also easy access to Carcassonne town & City Medieval. Bus stop just outside which was easy to use. 😀

Very close to the centre of Carcassonne. Breakfast was offered but we didn’t take it up. The lady on reception was very helpful when we needed to ask questions and boon a taxi.
