something incredible happened, we went to breakfast and when we came back, they went into the room and took ALL the towels, therefore, we were not able to wash our hands, let alone take a shower. I have NEVER experienced this, anywhere in the world! we checked out without taking a shower, because it was our last day. I have to say, the hotel is ok, though! and in a good location.

Posted 24 Jan 2019 on HotelsThis is an older Caracas hotel with an Art Deco style lobby. Parts of the hotel newly renovated. Very clean, modern bathroom. Friendly staff. Internet sometimes slow. Some street noise. Close to the Metro.

Very safe, environment safe , hotel safe, great breakfast , friendly customer safety, ask for Alfredo at front desk, he speaks Spanish a d English he is very friendly.
