This hotel is amazing, the staff is so nice and super accommodating! Its right in the centre of the shopping district and everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. The pool is also amazing with the best views. We came here for my fiancés birthday and they surprised us with a cake and a few other treats! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Everything about this hotel met and exceeded expectations. If I had to be picky I would just say the hotel could have alerted me that it was 120$ for the luggage transfer that I mistakingly assumed was complimentary.

The hotel is nice but not worth the money at all, we couldnt sleep from the noise and the loud people and loud cleaning late night and early morning. Not worth the 1500 euros per night at alllllllll

I would have liked a welcome treat in the room when we checked in. They don’t have iron in the room, but only iron service which was too costly to have done.
Last for breakfast they should offer eggs without any up charge. They did have scrambled eggs, but we didn’t like them.

The property is lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The enormous breakout buffet was delicious.
