By far the best hotel for service, location and decor. I had an upgraded room and every details of the stay was managed very well including transfer of luggage, complimentary tickets and the wonderful jacky bar

This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences!
