We absolutely love this hotel and stay here whenever we are in Cape Town. The location is perfect and views of the harbor and Table Mountain stunning. Food and staff are also wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be back.

I stayed there several days two weeks previous. I had a small issue. I was tired suffering jet lag after a 33 hr flight. I complained here on Expedia in frustration. The following day the manager came to my table and was extraordinary. I could not believe it. Issue completely resolved. I was almost embarrassed I brought it up he gave me such complete attention.

This is the second year in a row staying here. We love the hotel and especially the staff. They are really nice, kind and helpful people. Thank you!

Early check in was accommodated.
Room was huge & comfortable.
Our room was noisy due to music & building work right outside but timings of the noise were fine. Not unsocial timing.
Amazing staff in the restaurant & bar.
Great location on the waterfront. Wonderful views & service great on terrace.
