Very olde worlde - Dutch colonial feel. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful - especially Lionel and Shane (both should be commended). Central location and short long walks easily available.

The Hotel is old and needs updating but the location is excellent

Central stellenbosch hotel with friendly staff
Posted 23 Dec 2023 on HotelsCute central hotel for stellenbosch. The staff were just so warm, friendly and kind; made us feel very welcome. The hotel has history and is in a good location if you want to be central to the bars, restaurants and shops. A tad dated; ready for a refresh, but very clean and perfectly comfortable; slept well. Would stay here again.
