Smallish rooms but well designed and had everything we needed. Only issue was that hot water was sometimes difficult to get in the shower but it was warm enough to use, just not optimal.

The hotel was satisfactory but did not meet my limited expectations. It is true that the breakfast is bad and that the rooms are small. There’s no closet so I left my clothes in my carry-on for my 2-week stay at the hotel. Shower is very nice but bring your own toiletries rather than the green all-in-one shampoo/soap provided. A big bother for me and colleagues were the very uncomfortable beds and pillows. I did ask reception if other pillows were available and they said no. With the exception of one person, reception is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is connected via the parking lot to its sister hotel which does have a small gym and bar with a rooftop area. The V&V restaurant at the sister hotel takes orders for pick-up too, however, overall the food is not very good. Convenient 5-10 min walk to historical downtown area and 20 min to Waterfront.

Like anyone going to a city for the first time, there is typically some apprehension but everyone at Stay Easy Cape Town was so warm and welcoming, my wife and I were very comfortable. Bevan at the front desk was a master at his craft........going the extra mile, very accommodating and understanding. I had a challenge with my credit card and he dealt with it with such professionalism and midas touch that we would definitely recommend this property.

Ok stay

Good stay. This is not an exceptional hotel but it is a good stay. It was very clean and quiet. It has amazing views. Good AC and hot water. The bed was ok, and the pillows are horrible. Basically just plastic in sheets. The room was very small but I know there's nothing the hotel can do about that. My last day prior to checking out the maid service left no bars of soap. The breakfast isn't that great, very watery eggs and the fruit looks like they are just recycling the same fruit from the day before. Ordering food from the bar is a horrible. You'll wait anywhere from 40-45 minutes to get a basic item. I ordered and 15 minutes later, the waitress came to affirm my order, what means she didn't even put it in yet. So they wait and bring everybody's food at the same time. Horrible system. On the positive, the staff was nice and helpful. Very close to restaurants and cafes. And about a 20-30 minute walk to the Waterfront, very easy to get to from the hotel. Overall, just an ok stay,

I like the property but it was a club next door open till 5 am , I also wasn’t told that the bar & pool was at the sister hotel next door

Decent and affordable hotel, lacking service

It was a decent stay, i felt the recption staff Thandi and Amazement to be unhelpful and little rude in their manner speaking to my wife and I. Definitely Not what I expect for staff in this industry. The gentleman who helped during my stay (Maurisio) was polite and helpful. Unfortunately i did deal with the ladies for most of my stay. Rooms were fairly clean. Breakfast was basic and could do with a little improvement.
