An amazing hotel in a great location. Staff is wonderful, professional, friendly, give attention to detail. Food is delicious. Room was beautifully decorated and spacious. Love this hotel.

Well appointed rooms, pleasant garden area, attentive staff and excellent service at the front office, reception, dining and housekeeping. All in all to be recommended highly.

My favorite Stellenbosch hotel! It is right on a walkable street with LOADS of restaurants and shops!

Wonderful hotel with an excellent staff of warm and welcoming professionals. Our valet, Hilgard, was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and will highly recommend this fine hotel to our family and friends ! 👍😍

This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip to South Africa. Oude Werf is overpriced, shabby, dirty, and in dire need of a full refurbishment.
Our room design was flat out awful; an example of which was that the only place to hang towels was above the toilet pan. Disgusting and unhygienic.
I wish we'd booked elsewhere instead of wasting our last night here. The central location is the only positive, but it just makes the place a tourist trap.

The location is good. Room was clean and breakfast area staff were friendly. However front desk staff were lacking in hospitality. Reccomendations for drivers were grossly expensive for the short tours we requested. A 30 minute round trip was approx 90 dollars canadian. The driver did not wait for us. There was an issue with hot water for seversl says. As well with power sharing the generator at the facility was not adequate to run AC.i would not stay here again. Upon leaving i had to request compensation for the water issue. This is something that should have been offered. I found the lack of hospitality very odd for South Africa.
