Bad maintenance my room had no power for 16 hours straight on my last night

We are very sorry for the lack of power. The entire area went down for 24 hours and our inverter was not able to cope with the long period. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The staff was very accomodating. Breakfast was good and they helped us with laundry. The property is not good if you have physical limitations.

Underwhelming
Posted 2 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe room was freezing cold, the water did not drain from the shower, the bed was uncomfortable and the coffee terrible. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

Scotia - Enjoyable Stay

The welcome was very warm and we were assisted even though we arrived earlier than the check in time.
We had Breakfast every morning and the choices were plentiful, although the cooked options could perhaps offer a little more.
Our rooms were of a nice size and the beds very large.
Pools were more for view than useful. not really somewhere to sit around, sadly.
The bar area was a big disappointment, basically a fridge. And the hotel did try to charge us for a bottle of wine that we never had, this was sorted quickly enough. All in all a nice hotel if you want a handy location and not luxury.
