Staffs are super helpful. Staffs fulfilled my requests and needs. Delux room with pool at ocean front is so special and uniques that no other hotel in Phuket can offer.

In terms of calmness and hassle this is a chill place away from the hustle and bustle. Use the app bolt as taxi, and getting to Patong or the old centre is cheap and affordable.

The view is amazing. Waking you to the sunrise was one of the best experiences at the resort. Very clean. Room was very spacious. Room was cleaned every day.

The beach was a mud flat at low tide otherwise the place was great the staff was great and they were very friendly and helpful to us we were thinking ther was more city near by so we were not able to walk to it

Pros: the resort is very nice, entrance and lobby are beautiful, the main is pool large, the view of the bay is spectacular. Staff are courteous and most can speak a bit of English. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and is geared to both Asian and Western palates.
Cons: dining choices are very limited, only one restaurant is open right now for breakfast/lunch/dinner and not much else within walking distance from resort. You will need to get a taxi, grab, bolt to get anywhere on the island.
Resort is going through a “soft reopening” stage and most bars and other venues are closed. The second pool is also closed. No entrainment staff for any daily or nightly activities or shows.
Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean.
Overall price versus quality is ok and I would stay there again if I wanted something private and quiet.

When we got there, they couldn’t find our reservation. I had to make an international call to Hotels.com to troubleshoot the issue. I was on the phone for almost an hour before finally they found my booking. Despite it’s a beachfront property, you cannot swim on the ocean (at least not during low tide), pool only. So don’t get fool from the description of the resort. The location is very far to tourist attractions so a rental car is highly recommended. The spa is amazing!

Posted 1 Mar 2024 on HotelsFirst of all, this is not a Beachfront resort; there is no beach. What they call the beach is a swamp that sometimes fills with seawater at high tide. If you want a good beach near the hotel, you have to take a taxi to Ao Yon beach (app. 10 minutes by car).
The property is dated but clean. Nothing special about breakfast, very limited selection of food. Food and drinks at the hotel are very very expensive.
Overall, I would give this hotel 4 out of 10. Will not come back.
