Everyone was amazing! We loved our stay here. The only comment would be that we had a handicap room. The hanger on the bathroom door was low and the same color as the door. We both have bruises on our arms. I’d change the color so it’s easier to see.

Stayed 1 night for a cruise the next day. Shuttle service was convenient, the room was spacious, and the staff were very nice. But the carpet, lampshades and window curtains were dirty. The furniture is also old. My main problem was mobility. I arrived after a long flight with 2 suitcases and a carry on. I had to walk 10 minutes outside from the front desk to my room and drag my luggage up 2 flights of stairs because there were no elevators nearby. I wasn’t told about this in advance and was dealing with a minor foot injury. Had I known I would have stayed in 1 of the other 5-6 different hotels within walking distance. The next morning I did receive luggage assistance from a very friendly and helpful bellman. They also stored my luggage pre-cruise which was really cool. The mobility challenges should be made clear before someone books a room here.

We stay 3 days 2 nights at this hotel, good location close to the beach and great pool, however, service and rooms weren’t as we expected. Since I was traveling with my 2 kids with autism, we decided to booked a double bed room that offered a kitchenette with a living space perfect for my family and we were expecting to have at least one burner and kitchen utensils, plates, cups but they didn’t have any, just Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker like any regular room. First morning, we have to call maintenance cause the toilet get clogged. There was a plate from room service seating on the hallway next door since we arrived until we left. Second night, one of my son got sick and threw up on top of the bed, my husband went to the front desk because we were going out for dinner and to our surprise no one came to change our sheets or give us extra sheets to change! After waiting, my children were tired, it was late, my husband slept on a regular sofa (mind you my husband is 6’2”) and my sons and I slept in the other bed! Pool area was clean but they didn’t have enough pool towels to offer cause run out to quickly plus the ones they have need to be replaced, the fabric seems to worn out already.
