It was very quiet and clean. The only minor issues was a couple harmless spiders but since the property is by a lake it was not an issue or surprise.

It was the hospitality that stands out. Knowing that an educated host was seconds from whatever I needed. The first thing was directions to dinner. Elio’s was “the place”. Second, peace a quite was a must for this trip. And my room offered both.
Hope to visit again. Next time for a longer pilgrimage. Mission of Divine Mercy.

Fantastic lodge. Beautiful Italian tile in bathroom and kitchen. Location was perfect. Highly recommend this property!

If you need a place to stay in Canyon Lake this is definitely the place to stay. Mark the guy that owns the hotel gave me outstanding hospitality. It siin a really quiet location with deer passing by in the morning, and you have beautiful views of the lake.
