The staff was absolutely incredible

First, the good part. The staff were great. They always had a smile on their face and always said hello. We need a hair dryer and one was brought up within 5 minutes.
The bad part. The lobby smelt like cigarette smoke. The room was muggy and our clothes felt wet from the air. The carpet felt sticky and gross. I would not stay at this hotel again unless it was the only option available.

Rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Found trash under bed and dried apple peel. The night clerk was excellent and very accommodating.

The front area was clean but when we got to our room it wasn't cleaned well. There were womens facial cleaning items left in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and breakfast selections were nice.
