The room was clean quiet and comfortable. Had a microwave and refridgerator which was nice.

So far the stay has been as expected: Good. We have our dog with us. The room is small but for the price adequate. Room was clean. The key-card worked. The AC is working. The check in system was down when we checked in but the front desk cleared us through as quickly as if it has been running.

They called and cancelled our stay/ reservation at 9:07 pm on the night we were supposed to check in so we no longer had a place to stay. They said they had overbooked and we no longer had a room and that was it then they said “bye” terrible service we ended up driving home that evening

Property is not 24 hours check in as stated in description. Our flight was delayed due to weather. We received multiple calls asking when we would arrive as the front desk was closing. Desk is actually only open 6:30 to 11. It seems to me like someone bought the property and cheaped out on hiring staff and it is all family members. Cleanliness of rooms and breakfast bar area was subpar. There were dirty towels and pillowcases in the room. There was a layer of dust of the lamps and window sill. The breakfast was below standards. The apple juice was so watered down it was mainly water with a slight apple juice flavor. The milk containers had a film around the pouring spout and the milk smelled like it was spoiled. My husband tried to make a waffle but he said it didn't taste right and wondered about the batters freshness. The vending machine on the second floor is empty and the soda machine on the first floor was half empty. The ice machine is in the middle of the lobby. We saw the guy with the cleaning cart as we were leaving and there were minimal supplies on his cart. Really made me question the cleanliness of this location.
