Fran & Paul were extrenely welcoming. We booked fit my birthday & for my parents visiting from UK. on arrival we were tild our room had been changed to Frans favourite apartment, Panorama. When we were shown into the apartment, all i can say is WOW! What a view, what an aoartment, bith absolutelt stunning! Fran had also ledt me a beautiful hamper of bubbles & cheese, crackers & nibbles, and on our beds a bar of tobelerone! Amazing managers, stunning apartment, we will definately be back!

Fran was amazing & made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless & we had everything we needed. Would’ve definitely stay again!

Location was good. Felt safe and place was clean. Our unit had great views with a large balcony.
Property was rated 5 star with a price to match. But the condition in our unit was not five star. Our bed in the master bedroom sank in the middle leaving me with a bad lower back pain. The ceiling with holes where the fans were moved should have been patched. The lounge furniture was old and therefore uncomfortable for tv viewing.
The staff at reception (Paul & Francine) were excellent in their service.

We are very sorry you felt that the bed was not comfortable, we have advised the owner of the unit about your feed back and we will be replacing the mattress as a matter of urgency. With regards to the fans I did explain to you that the fans were installed the day prior to your arrival, and the holes have since been repaired. I do not understand your comment about the lounge though as no one has commented on this previously and to be honest the lounge is only 3 years old. We do appreciate your feed back as your comments are very important to us. We do hope you will come back to Peninsula one day in the future. Kind regards, Francine

What a wonderful stay we had at the Peninsula!
Fran and Paul could not do enough for our family to make us feel welcome and relaxed during our stay. They truly go above and beyond for you and are the best hosts. Can't wait to return to this beautiful spot!!!

Seven Night Family Trip to Whitsunday islands!
Posted 14 Dec 2022 on HotelsFolks...If you plan to visit Airlie Beach/Whitsundays area, please consider staying at this beautiful hotel of an amazing couple! This is definitely 10/10 in every aspect! Thank you, Francine and Paul, for making our stay so memorable and fantastic. We made such a wise decision to stay there recently while visiting that area from the United States. What an astonishing view of mother nature! We truly loved it...What best it can be if you see so many Sea Turtles and rich marine life every day from the balcony of your room!! Thank you so much, Fran and Paul, for such a remarkable stay at your place. We genuinely appreciate your hospitality and kindness during our time at your place. My family (especially both my kids) will cherish all those memories, really. Best wishes to you and your family until we meet next!

I am sorry you found the apartment was not clean, I find this very strange given that when you arrived and were shown to your apartment you commented on how beautiful the unit was. I just wonder if this review has anything to do do with us having to contact you late at night regarding a noise complaint by other guests.
