A fantastic location for the train station, market and centre could not be better.
Room was clean and spacious and bathroom was modern and clean too
Lady on reception very helpful and nice she spoke excellent English and was lovely
Only issue was the kitchen facilities were very basic and I was concerned about the safety aspect of the washing up area touching the Hob and a warning if that gets wet the electricity will be cut for 24 hours
Woukd recommend a stay here and good value for Cannes but the kitchen let it down and the health and safety was questionable in the kitchen 😊

Great location, safe space to stay in as solo traveller
Walking distance to main station if you don’t have heavy luggage.
Walking distance to major attractions and city.
I originally booked for two nights and ended stay for four. Only gad to move removes which was a bit inconvenient but understandable since I hadn’t planned in advance.
Overall great place to stay at 😊

Great budget stay in Cannes
Posted 29 Mar 2023 on HotelsThe location is very central and there is even free parking on the road (I visited at end of March - off-season - in busier times it might be impossible to leave a car there). My room on the 4th floor had a balcony from which I could see the sea. Original Kartell chairs and a clean and nice environment, modern but welcoming. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Amazing quality / price ratio.
