Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away

This property id nothing like as advertised. The location is terrible, the site is old and dirty, and the place felt borderline unsafe.

The only good thing was the pool. But no life gaurd and over crowded. The suite was incredibly dirty so many horrible things to say about this hotel. Management is digustingly rude by far the worse hotel i have ever stayed at. Reception closes for a part of the day everyday!!! So no one is there to deal with any issues. Staff is so rude, my goodness it was the worse experience!!! No lighting in the halls that are barred up its scary and teenagers hanging out in the halls until late did not feel safe at all! ***beware***

Didn't like anything , the rooms are tiny , there is no aircon, and the room which has a double bed in it, is no bigger than a cupboard it has a fan ,but the cord doesn't reach the power point, what a joke!!! The photos are nothing like whats advertised, the gardens have weeds everywhere and dead bushes , its a 2 star property should be named fawlty towers. there are better properties for the price.

The best thing about this place is their proximity to the beach. A quick walk gets you there. The hotel did not work for me. We arrived late and there was no reception. We had to wait for security guard to start working 45 mins later to get our room key. We tried calling the number left on the wall and they placed us on hold and never came back on. The room was fine. Lots of sleeping options. The beds were hard as a rock, no AC and a heat wave made the room very hot. Their was no ac in the room. Most uncomfortable sleep ever. I couldn’t wait to leave. We stayed 4 nights. They only gave us 4 sets of towels for the 4 of us. We asked for clean towns they said no Only one set per stay. We ran out of toilet paper and we asked for more and they said no. Only one role per stay. We had to purchase our own. There was not a convenience store on site and had to find grocery store to get some supplies. It was pretty far. The hotel is not located conveniently to shopping that we new of. The view from the room was nice. The pool life guard was nice, but the woman at the front desk was indifferent to us. It was not a preferred stay for us.

Pros: Seriously?
Cons: Uhm, have Air conditioning, dirty hallways, smokey, & if there is staff there late at night (even if Security), someone should be somewhat bilingual.
Location: Did not feel safe pulling up to the property. Not a great area (despite its in Cannes).
The rooms are so exaggerated from what appears online than actuality. Room smelled like smoke, dirty and after discovering there is NO AIR CONDITIONING for the largest unit I reserved (6/7 people/Sea View), I advised them I needed to leave before I even unpacked. They (the Manager who eventually I had to talk to over the phone since NONE of their staff spoke English) would NOT refund my money despite all of these reasons (not to mention I had a guest with me who had a serious health condition). And I paid for it all upfront. Unless they agree to change their position on a refund, I plan on complaining a whole lot (and not just to this hotel but with any other travel bureaus I can identify that promotes this property).

At first we walked in felt like abandoned place,the staff is just there to handle the keys and helge list of extra charges. Reception is open couple hours in the morning and evening then if you need anything at all you will never see any staff on the place. Paid 5 nights just stayed 2.wast of money as I had to pay other hotel
