The Nemea apart hotel is in an excellent location for central Cannes, the Croisette and for shops, bars, and restaurants. The facilities are good and the check in is efficient and friendly. The rooms have good facilities, comfortable beds, and good showers. It’s great to have a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher etc. too. The rooms do need some attention in terms of carpet cleaning/vacuuming, sofa had stains on it. which should have been cleaned prior to arrival, as did the mattress, and our fridge door wouldn’t close properly and just needed general maintenance to keep the facilities in good condition for guests. Overall, a good, secure, and well equipped apart-hotel, with good facilities, and is good value for money.

Very central & enough space for a couple. Didn’t clean the room in the week we were there. Would stay again due to location.

Vacation in Cannes

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. Cleaning is not included in the service if you stay shorter than a week, unless you pay extra. Breakfast is expensive in the hotel but there are nice boulangeries in the neighborhood.

The hotel is in a great location! Certain members of staff are very unwelcoming, and despite paying for a room with tea/coffee service, we were instead told that this wasn't provided and that we should "buy a kettle at a local shop". You are also only provided with one towel per guest and have to pay extra if you wanted a clean towel.
