room had a smell I told the reception also the robes had a bad smell and towel to had a smell I think they need to change there way of cleaning them but robes where used before service very good cleaning lady was very nice and helpful also we got the renting car scratch they need to be careful when they park them

well located front of the ocean good shopping a lot of restaurant around it

Not nice for a beach city

we heard everything that was happening in our neighbor's room. Too noisy. The hotel is particularly closed, no view from the lobby to the outside. No nice cafe or tea room to sit in. The only restaurant is in the basement

The hotel is very nice but we had a bad experience with the room toilet since there was a leakage and it wasn’t m handled efficiently by the staff. They could be more empowered and professional.
