Great friendly service

We booked this very last minute (hours before arrival). The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage the day we left so we could visit the beach and even let us change in another room. Great for a quick one night stay passing through Cannes.

I am extremely dissapointed by the fact that I was obligated to pay 90€ as a guarantee because the night auditor said that they don't take bookings on Expedia in the evening and I must pay in cash as a guarantee. I left the hotel for a morning walk and came back at 605am to find nobody in the lobby. The password wasn't working. I rang manytime. I had to go to the Majestic Barriere to kill some time until 715am, and still no one at the reception. I want a compensation for this Ill reatment . Mr.Bah-Pna Dahane

Hello sir, As I explained to you this morning, the night porter who received you last night has just started, he thought he was doing the right thing but unfortunately he does not yet know the operating mode of the hotel. I want to apologize again for this inconvenience. Regarding your morning walk after which you could not access the hotel. I asked you if you were provided with the code necessary to access the hotel on your arrival, you confirmed that yes and that you had left it in your room, hence the fact that I do not understand for what reason on your comment you say that it did not work ! I would like to inform you at the same time that you still have not vacated the room although departures are scheduled for 10:30 am and that I am awaiting your return to the hotel so that you can collect your belongings. kind regards.

Great location for the Film Festival
