The hotel is great, staff welcoming and can’t do enough for you, room clean and spacious with plenty of storage Breakfast was great too and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly Great location will definitely be coming back Thank you

We had only one little window in the room. Doors to the bathroom were broken and was opening all the time.

The Shining was on the TV with no cable, so it was a snowy signal & the narration was on for blind people. It started to feel like I was IN the Shining! Love the bar, hate the hotel. This place needs to be loved. Yesterday.

Room was comfortable with nice bay windows that opened and had a view of the mountains. Helpful staff. The only negative was the bathroom sink - it was very long and flat almost like a changing table. No place to put toiletries so actually placed them IN the sink on the sides. Also faucet was only about 3 inches above the sink so barely room to wash your hands and impossible to put water in any container. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Front desk were excellent. Quick, professional and helpful. Lots of nice touches like free umbrellas which we needed. Good value for money and the rooms were a comfortable size.

Not what you pay for

My stay was very disappointing. I booked a superior room with a city view with a balcony and 2 twin beds. When we got there they put me in a room in back of the hotel with a balcony view of a courtyard of the back of other dirty buildings. I felt like i was in a ghetto somewhere instead of a beach in Cannes. The room also smelled like cigarettes and the 2 twin beds were pushed together in the space of 1 king size bed. It was as if my cousin and i were sleeping together because there was no space in between the beds. I immediately requested a change in room for what i paid for. I had to go back and forth with the front desk attendant until i finally requested to speak with the manager. The manager finally said it was nothing she could do for that day but she can change my room the next day to the front of the building obviously where the rooms are located with the “city view” but i had to downgrade to a standard room with no balcony because all the superior balcony rooms were booked. I agreed to this because i did not come to France to wake up and look at the back of dirty buildings. I requested the price adjustment because of the downgrade in room. I had to fight with the manager about that because she did not want to do it but finally agreed on a 25 euro a night refund which really was not the price difference from a superior to standard room but i was done fighting. When checking out they only refunded me for 3 of the 4 nights. This was a horrible experience.
