very good hotel, we were very pleased! The embankment is within walking distance, grocery stores are nearby, and the hotel has convenient underground parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet are separate, which is always good. The bed is comfortable and there is a folding sofa.

Disappointing to say the least..
Posted 18 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe photos of this hotel are a misrepresentation of reality. We came 40 minutes before check in at 3pm and the room was still not ready. Not to mention, when the receptionist gave us to key to go upstairs to our room, they were still cleaning and we heard the hotel manager telling the cleaning person “c’est dégustasse » multiple times which means it’s disgusting. Indeed once we entered the room, it was outdated and there were stains all OVER - even the curtains. I could not sleep thinking what kind of bodily stains there were on the bed. The mattress was not even protected correctly. This is just a BIG red flag. Avoid.

The check in process was very smooth and the staff in general are very helpful and pleasant. However, the rooms are really in a bad condition and the cleanliness of the room is sub par.
