Location is good and has a safe underground parking which is a plus. The downside is the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast is miserable….. The rooms are not the cleanest also…..

Friendly welcome, and everything was made clear on door locks etc and told to come to them if any issues...which there weren't any thankfully. Loved seeing the Helicopters near the hotel.

Close to new IMAX!!!

Great location next to the new IMAX theater. Bed and shower were good. Internet speed could be improved. Breakfast was good but scrambled "eggs" could be improved. Note to future Guests: You should leave windows closed in evening, insects come inside due to the proximity to the canal. Other than that nice stay.

I dont recommend to stay at this hotel

Im aware this is an economic hotel, but this it was terrible. I cant understand why is it good rated? So dirty, so aged, broken lamps inside the room, disgusting bathroom, bad smell carpet. Daily cleaning? Common.. just taking out the bathroom trash and doing the bed? thats not enough.

Very convenient and affordable

Very close to the airport of Cannes Mandelieu which worked well for me. Great breakfast and friendly reception. Rooms very basic but quiet and fairly comfortable. The carpet in my room (31) was definitely not up to the rest of the place and has to be changed as it is beyond dirty and spotted. That would be the only complain, the rest is fine I would go back.

Perfect quiet spot, a short bus ride to the riviera. Very comfortable and clean, and all for a very fair price.
