Great location, great breakfast, nice and spacious room and bathroom. About a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minute walk to the bus station. Tip: If you don’t want to spend too much money on the water taxi, there is an express bus that takes off from the bus station that takes you to both airports for 10 euros per person.
The only negative was the stiff mattress, it felt like the box spring rather than the mattress but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

It is very well located, rooms are very clean. Mine even had a terrace. Staff very friendly.

This property looks quite dated from the outside but it’s lovely. We stayed in the Junior Suite with a balcony and it was glorious for one night. The hotel is situated in a lovely area of Venice. We’ve stayed in other places near the Rialto Bridge and San Marco and much prefer this area of town. Lovely restaurants, walkable. Would definitely recommend.

We booked early and got the best room [2.1] with that stunning balcony as shown in their picture. Very, very helpful staff. Very good breakfast in the morning. Would book again.
