"Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. "Our stay was wonderful and exactly what we needed and more. With appointments at Oshei and Rosewell, it was the perfect location to walk and have a central spot bewteen appointments. Only thing i would add is there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms. I could have called hospitality, but I ended up using a hand towel instead."

Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third floor and we had the first and second floors to ourselves. Note, this is not a hotel, it is a private home. No room service, but a terrific kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. If you want a spa like retreat with full service, this is not for you. You have use of a parking space and front door entrance with your own keys to the front door and four separate keys for each bedroom. "
"Check in was all done virtually and responses via text were prompt. We stayed in the Madison (on the first floor) and our room was lovely. The bed was huge, and comfortable, and the shower was great."
