Check in was all done virtually and responses via text were prompt. We stayed in the Madison (on the first floor) and our room was lovely. The bed was huge, and comfortable, and the shower was great.

This is a great property if traveling to Buffalo. It was a unique but pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the area.

The place was nice and the space had a unique design. It is an older house with rooms converted into “hotel rooms”. There were thoughtful touches like dimmable lamps, a mini fridge, and a complimentary snack. Check in was easy and there was a small parking lot (first come first serve), but plenty of street parking available too. If you book a room on the first floor, it is loud. You can hear the people walking around upstairs and people coming and going from property. The room we booked also only had access to the bed from one side with the other side being against the wall. If you have a mobility issue, this can be challenging. Otherwise nice stay for a short period of time

Unique boutique hotel

The Edward is the most unique hotel we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and in an ideal location for us. We'll definitely book this sweet hotel next time we're in Buffalo. Oh, did I mention our room had a fireplace?!

This is a lovely Inn with great rooms. It is clean and comfortable and near the Elmwood district of Buffalo with great shopping and dining. Erin was very responsive and the staff were very pleasant. Self check in was easy.

The Edwards location is close to our niece and to good dining options. The no host method works well and we did not have any problems getting in, parking, finding our room, etc. Their text message was very good and clear. This was our second stay and we would stay there again.
