Best Western Buffalo Inn & Suites

10/10 Excellent
"The room was very clean and pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and had good options. Self made waffles, turkey sausage, pork bacon, eggs, toast (a variety), yogurt, fruit, cereal and a variety of beverages. The AC in the room was BOOMING! Had to lower it. O very happy with my stay. Close to a lot of shops and walking distance to a few restaurants, my favorite Cracker Barrel! About 20 minutes from SUNY Buffalo State University."

"Honestly it was a cheap place to lay my head and the view of the air plains was spectacular but i had an issue with the mini fridge, the light and the tv and when i went down to the front desk they sent a staff member in who proceeded to tell me that the one lamp always flickers bwcause it has a short so thats nit saff its a huge fire hazard. Then i was expecting what all other hotels usually have because the pictures show a microwave and coffee pot in the rooms but the staff member said they got rid of them besides a shared microwave in the lobby to keep theor prices low(my hotel near darien lake was cheaper than here and much better)but other guest confirmed all the other rooms had the microwave and only some had coffee pots. This was not a great experience i will not be staying there again"
