We have stayed at this hotel several times and always happy with the service and the rooms. We especially like the kitchenette... It comes in very handy! However, the service we received upon check in this last time was disappointing. The girl at the front desk clearly didn't want to be there. We will likely stay again, with the hope that she isn't working during our stay.

WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! The staff is always amazing and always so willing to help when needed. The rooms are always clean, and no bad smell anywhere in the hotel. The rooms come with just about anything you would need but the front desk has a borrow locker if needed. Good safe area, lots to do around. Seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel!!

Overall, great property. Our toilet got plugged on the last day and when I called for a plunger, i was told 10-15 minutes as she was the only one at the desk. I waited 15 then, since I was on a time crunch, I walked down to see if I could just take it myself and was given attitude and told it would be another 10-15 until the maintenance came in. I waited in my room another 10 and just went downstairs and used the lobby restroom. When I got back up, she was waiting by the elevator with the maintenance guy and handed me the plunger. I took care of the problem in less than 5 minutes and ended up almost being late to the graveside service because of it. Other than the woman working Monday morning, the rest of the staff were pleasant or at least neutral, the facilities were nice, and I had a good stay.
