The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby.
The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm.
The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to shower.
Overall suitable for a family ski weekend but perhaps a bit expensive for the quality.

Great location.. Communication on WhatsApp was quick and helpful. Easy check-in. The place was quiet. Room temperature was perfect. It was clean except the shower room was very moldy…
The sad part was the view… The description of the room had a street view but we got a rock wall view. It was dark throughout the day.
Don’t forget to bring own toiletries…

Comfortable, upscale hostel
Posted 13 Oct 2018 on HotelsThe hostel is located at a Main Street, exposing street side rooms to some noise / overall bearable, though. The apartments are spacious. Simple, yet clean, they sport well equipped kitchenettes. Would probably come back, when again in the area.

The road noise as the double glazing is pretty useless to block the noise out.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a ski holiday.

Good value for room size/amenities
Posted 27 Nov 2017 on HotelsOverall, a good apartment. Doors were a bit difficult to lock/unlock and only 1 key was given for a 2 bedroom apartment. Hotel manager was quick to respond to any issues.

Clean, modern apartments in a good location
Posted 6 Mar 2017 on HotelsThe apartment (2 bed) was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The wifi in the room was much better than most places like this we have stayed. The kitchen was pretty well equipped too.
The location was very good, with a short walk to the ski lifts and local shops/restaurants. Parking is available under the building, which is convenient but comes at extra cost and is more than the local public parking.
Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, but the reception is not always manned. Checking in at a separate location (not very near) is not ideal, but we managed to get a key left for us in the safe instead which was very helpful.
