"The staff were superb and very knowledgeable and the hotel is near the beach and next to the ferry which it makes it convenient the room was very very nice the only thing that I wish that they had in the room was bottled water or a big jug of water to fill up my water bottles and the mattress was very very bad and the water was forever to get warm never hot just warm. Other than small things the hotel is well worth it and across the street there is a man who cooks chicken and pork and steak on a charcoal grill right across from 7-Eleven to die for and write any of the ferry there is a small stand and the guy makes the best food .. housekeeping staff really knew how to make the room clean."

"This was a really nice hotel, their staff were really nice and helpful. One thing I would say is parking may be hard to find at first but there is a garage just for that hotel, makes it so much easier."

"The room was clean but we did see a cockroach which we tried to ignore since we were only there for a few hours. The property was charming but not the nicest for sure. However, the breakfast was quick and delicious! So overall, it was fine"

"Great hotel. Newly funished, clean, comfortable beds, air conditioners that work well, nice pool onsite, restaurant onsite that is affordable with room service options. While the hotel itself was great, the location is questionable. Poor rundown neighbourhood that might be off-putting to some guests. All in all, I had a great stay, and would consider returning."

"The property is older. It's fairly well kept. The staff was friendly. You could tell it was a higher end resort many years ago but it's dated. Good location for what we needed and the staff was very nice. The prices were reasonable for both food a accommodation."
