Room was very nice and staff very pleasant. However, getting there was a nightmare. Needed directions; gps was not helpful. Roads were almost impassable; no sign on property. Breakfast included was continental; first time ever at a B&B where breakfast was not 'full'.

We post our services and location on the add for multiple search engines and we send each guest a welcome letter with all the information needed to make their stay pleasant, there is an indication of where we are and the type of surrounding we are in, take a minute to read these important information items before booking, can’t accept a bad review based on a customers negligence to be informed about their upcoming stay. By the way we went out of our way to get this guest transportation within 24 hrs prior to arrival, the transportation company even called to deny the service due to the clients attitude towards their driver, as a special consideration for our track record they agreed to carry on and provided the service, You should have picked up your own transportation service at regular cost which sometimes doubles our fee, we do recommend you to read before you book, it will keepYou aware of what you are paying for.

Very quiet place, with a beautiful garden and pool and barbecue area. Very comfortable beds and well-equipped and stocked bathrooms. In general, all the facilities are very well designed and excellent maintenance. Last but not least is the personalized attention that Yuri and her husband provide.

We booked this hotel via expedia, with our other bookings for the week. This included hotels, flights and excursions with my 9 year old son. We booked this hotel close to the airport as we had an early flight and wanted to be close and it looked secure and quaint for the end of our adventure. keep in mind, we booked way in advance and through expedia, who were aware of the travel itineraries with a child. The day of check-in, the hotel informed us at 9:30 am, that we were not going to be able to get a room as their "policy" discriminates for children under 11. We were packed and checking out of out resort in Cozumel to catch the ferry to Playa Del Carmen to catch our private shuttle to the hotel in Cancun. All arrangements had been made to have an easy experience while travelling alone with my son. All arrangements coordinated and paid for. We were left at the last minute to find accommodations as the neither the hotel or expedia had sent information with regards to the "policy" of exclusion of children at the hotel. We missed the ferry ride to Playa Del Carmen and had to arrange a hotel last minute on the side of the ferry dock on Cozumel, in a panic. we managed to catch the next ferry and find a hotel (during Spring break in the US and March break in Canada) that would accommodate us last minute. Luckily it was available. The hotel and expedia refuse to return the fee for the room.

We regret you had to go through this experience, all hotels, beds and breakfasts and Airbnb rentals these days set up their own policies and rules, it is always up to the traveler to choose the place they would like to stay, but it is also their responsibility to READ what is offered and what restrictions apply, either you or your travel agent should have been aware of the no children policy, this is a place that caters to adults and our clients appreciate and like it this way. We did try to come to an agreement with you through Expedia and you did not comply, which in turn puts us in the position of charging for a cancelled stay within hours of the occupancy of the room, also, part of the policies listed in our advertising in all our booking channels. We also spoke to you with respect and as much understanding as possible, but threats and intimidation usually do not help in resolving matters, that was what you used the majority of the interaction you had with us. We hope you had a safe journey home.

Good for an overnight stay. Owner very helpful and arranged a delivery of food when we arrived late due to traffic. The hotel/house has nice grounds and pool but is more like a very good b&b rather than a traditional hotel. It is situated in a residential area at the end of an unmade road. As we arrived by car in the dark and departed early I am unable to say what transport options there are if you didn’t have a car.

Only stayed for one night before flying out, but would have loved to stay longer if we were visiting Cancun! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast on the patio by the pool was so nice and the property is beautiful. Bed was comfortable with a nice sized room and large bathroom!

Great stay close to the airport quaint & quiet

Needed a place last minute and came across this place and was pleasantly surprised at what a nice place it was. The owners were both so helpful and accommodating friendly and seem to really care a lot about each of their guests. The property is well-maintained and the pool is beautiful and the backyard dining area is very relaxing. They serve you breakfast and provide you with additional options for dining. Everything is close by. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner per their recommendation. I have five Airbnb properties and I was very impressed with how they run their place. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing to stay close to the airport or just to relax away from the busy hot hotel zone?

We absolutely loved our time at Yurinn. The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable. The grounds were comfy and well kept, and the room was clean and so comfortable. This will be our go to spot in Cancun for our arrivals and departures. We feel lucky to have found it.

Glad we had YurInn arrange airport pick up for us . Made our arrival so much easier . Lovely room with private bath and access to great patio and private yard. YurInn helped us order Mexican dinner for delivery and she provided us with nice cold beer. Light breaky was provided in the morning. A perfect spot for our one night stay.
