Very clean property - someone is always cleaning. The staff are great and the entertainment is so fun! Fernando, Leo, Wendy, Girardo, Luis, Benny, Jones and Charlie are great hosts and servers! We come twice a year and will continue to do so!!

I really love the location, food options, so clean, staffs are very friendly and professional. Different activities, close almost to everywhere. I would definitely go back there.

7th trip and likely the last.
There are not enough chairs for guests. They purposely remove lounge chairs so guests are forced to rent a day bed at outrageous prices.
Way too many upcharges and trying to sell us packages.
Food quality is significantly lacking.
Booked a king suite and they didn’t have any more rooms at check in. They gave us a room with 2 double beds. Very disappointed.

We had an absolutely terrific time! The staff was great! From the concierge Arturo, to the playmakers (especially Alle, Alejandra, Sexy Mami and Sexy Papi), to the great service we experienced from the wait staff at Sea Flirt and Flame Angel and Juan were attentive and friendly. The staff truly make an effort to make sure you're needs are met.
