Great for entertaining drinking and lounging. Pool area is amazing. What i didn't like was the beach , if u love the beach and like going in it this is not for you

the many eating choices was fantastic. The area was very well maintained and the helps was excellent.

All are awesome except the brown-colored muddy beach.

Everything is excellent. The only con is the beach

Check-in takes a long time.., workers are not warmly welcomed guests. My 1st time staying here and not impressed at all. 😫 if I may suggest improving better customer service and the foods…

We called ahead to let them know our flight was cancelled and we wouldn’t be there the first night. They said it was fine and we didn’t need to do anything. We checked in, and they said we would not have to pay for the night we missed. When we checked out, they then informed us there was a “no show” policy where we would have to pay for the night we missed, and because we did not get the names of the people we talked to on the phone, they could not validate we called and would not help us out at all.
