It’s not all inclusive like promise when you get there it’s a catch. You are not allowed to go to many places and if you want to go to many places, you need to add $58 per person air condition to noisy. I couldn’t sleep at night they recycled the food, you are not allowed to go to any bar around the pool if you don’t pay the extra $58 a day per person you’re not allowed to go in the place when I go to guest service they give me a very bad attitude if you don’t pay, you’re not allowed This is my first and last time in this hotel I don’t know if it’s had to do with you or with the hotel but this is the first time in 30 years. I feel so bad in Cancun I felt like I am a stepson that’s not allowed to do nothing over there , they have a different color bracelets and if you don’t wear the right color bracelet, you cannot go nowhere I am coming from very upset

Wonderful staff … BUt The buffet was horrible Hard to get reservations for other restaurants and you need a black bracelet in order to eat at other restaurants so this hotel is not all inclusive

Don’t recommend this resort to anyone the food and drinks quality was really bad and all the servers were very rude
