Last year we stayed at another resort, much bigger that GR Solaris. Comparing these two, here are our findings: 1. GR Solaris was great. I'd say 8/10. The room we stayed in needs a bit of upgrade. 2. Food was good and enough. The 3 available restaurants were great, specially Marco Polo and Rosemarinus. Had amazing food and great time with our family. 3. Compared to the other resort, GR Solaris is limited in activities for kids. They have the kids corner, but not much to do. It's ok, but can be better. 4. Friendly staff. Helpful frontdesk and managers. Liked some shows in the ballroom. We liked this small resort. We had everything for a great family vacation. Thank you.

Excellent service, the people who serve are very friendly, especially Paco, Cocom, Rodolfo and Monty from the kids club, the shows are very good, they have activities every day, everything was clean, the restaurants with reservations are also very good, the only complaint for reception, since credit card payment did not work and we had to take money at the ATM to pay in cash a fee

Great resort, clean and friendly people all over the place. Entertainment, food and clean pools on the beautiful beach. It has 3 evelators that work fast.

Review from someone who has been to 20 all inclusives. This hotel is a great bang for your buck. The food in the buffets are not good at all. The restaurants are better, but hard to reserve as you have to use an app and only make 1 reservation at a time. The place is dated. Overall it was ok would not be back. If you are a foodie, this is NOT a place for you.
