We stay at Four Points for a few days every year before heading further south. Close to major shopping needs-Costco, Chedraui etc. Underground secure parking is nice to have. Room had a few issues-TV didn’t work but was addressed quickly. Very few towels provided so had to request more, but this was also dealt with promptly. Overall a comfortable stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel was incredibly convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the rooms were amazing—very clean, comfortable, and perfect for resting. We stayed here the night after my husband had a procedure at the hospital connected to the hotel, and the location made everything so much easier during a stressful time. Being able to walk back and forth was such a relief. It’s also close to the mall if you have some time to get out and explore. The bistro and restaurant attached to the hotel were great—fairly priced and super convenient if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Overall, a really comfortable and stress-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning.

Great hotel

Excellent and clean hotel. I bit away from the beach, but for 400 pesos you can go to Delfina’s Beach and the hotel zone. Perfect hotel for 1-2 nights. We spend our last two days here before flying back home to Sweden.

The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

We enjoy staying here. Clean, nice bathroom with large shower. Not happy with towels in the bathroom this time, they were small, thread baren, and the cleaning lady repeatedly only left one bath towel and one hand towel, but my husband and I were in the room together for 3 days. The pool towels are nice. The food at the restaurant and around pool is delicious

Great Quiet Hotel out of the Hotel Zone

Love this hotel when either just arriving in Cancun or a date night before heading back to the states. The bed & pillows are very comfy. And the roof top pool is great. The only small complaint is the length of time to check in.
