Fair hotel to stay, but I’ve stayed in Fairfield in different countries and the cleanliness was completely different

Excellent property! Friendly staff, clean property, nice pool. Had a wonderful meal in restaurant. Convenient shuttle to airport. Highly recommend!

Close to the airport! The free 24 hour shuttle was very nice!

Close to the airport with free 24/7 transportation to and from the airport. Also it’s a very central point to travel to and from other towns/cities.

Really nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Would have only expected hand soap in the restroom not sure if maybe we had to request some. Would still give this a 5 star definitely would stay here again when we come back.

All the staff were so friendly, and made us feel so special! We will come here every time we fly to Cancun and back! Highly recommend!

Right next to airport not close to the hustle and bustle of Cancun. Great for air staff not so much for tourist.
